How to use: We recommend using once a day on any one mode for 10 minutes, 3-7 times a week. We don’t recommend using all three modes in one day or in one session. To cleanse, use a disinfectant wipe or your preferred disinfecting cleanser and a cloth. Do not submerge in water or any other liquid or put under running water. When cleaning, make sure your unit is unplugged and away from any power outlets. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
