The BALANCING SCALP CONCENTRATE is an ingredient science-rich procedure which restores the scalp’s natural balance for optimal hair health. Dr. Sturm’s ingredient complex containing Japanese Camellia, Brown and Green Algae and Lavender soothes the appearance of irritation, redness and itching and reduces flakiness caused by a dry scalp. HOW TO USE
Apply the elixir directly to a wet or dry scalp and to the ends of the hair using the pipette and gently massage in with the fingertips. Do not wash out!
